On the Triage page, pick the teams Ordyn should watch.

Permissions

Ordyn connects to Linear with OAuth as an app user, so its comments and updates appear as Ordyn. It asks for read, write, app:assignable and app:mentionable; reconnect Linear from Connections if one is missing.

Access

Read issues, post Ordyn’s findings as comments, and let you assign and mention Ordyn. Permission catalog version 2026-10-16.1. See permission changes.

Triggering an investigation

Assign an issue to Ordyn or mention it in a comment. Ordyn posts its findings as a comment and keeps the issue updated as it works.

Auto-investigate

Turn on Auto-investigate issues in this team on the Triage page to have Ordyn investigate every new issue, or only those matching your keyword filters.
